About me and my therapy practice
I am a person centred creative therapist and a creative supervisor. I offer face to face and online creative supervision. I find working creatively bypasses the conscious process and gets straight to work with the unconscious, allowing us to see things that might not otherwise be seen.
Practice description
I work from home in Stagsden, Bedfordshire, I use creative mediums that I provide and will use the same space for each supervision, whenever possible. I have been a clinical supervisor for 12 years and really enjoy this side of my work.
My first session
The first supervision meeting will be to get to know each other and see if we think that we will be able to work together, we will establish and agree a contract for the supervision process. The first meeting will be for half an hour and is not charged for. We will then agree a date for the next supervision session where we will begin to explore client work.

About me and my therapy practice
Foe the past 20 years I have been working therapeutically with adults, children and young people. I work in a person centred way using creative arts where appropriate, these include art materials, clay and sand. I am an Accredited member of PTUK and am a Clay Therapist and trained with the Association of Sandplay. I have experience of working with different psychological issues including self esteem, anxiety, depression, trauma and loss.
I believe that using creative arts allows the opportunity to express yourself through the unconscious without having to use words. Often we (both children and adults) do not have the words to express how we are feeling, connecting through play and creative arts allows us to make the unconscious conscious without having to use words. I provide a safe confidential space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings in whichever way they need to.
I am also holistically trained and where I believe it would be useful and the client is agreeable I can incorporate reiki and sound healing into the work.
Practice description
I have a lovely space at home that I use for sessions.
My first session
The initial consultation is used to discuss the needs of the client and to see if this would be the most appropriate service. Following this the relevant paperwork will be completed.
The client would then be welcomed to the first session where the boundaries of the sessions would be explained.
Sessions are held at the same time, in the same place every week, to provide consistency and safety for the client.
