About me and my therapy practice
DO YOU FEEL STRESSED, DEPRESSED, WORTHLESS, ANXIOUS, IN CRISIS, UNABLE TO COPE BUT DON'T KNOW WHY? DO YOU NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO AND LISTEN TO YOU? I CAN HELP. CONTACT ME NOW FOR A FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION.
My name is Jayne Daniels; I am an experienced qualified integrative counsellor/therapist and Supervisor which means that I can offer different ways of working to suit your individual needs, including CBT, person centered and psycho dynamic.
Counselling involves talking to someone who is trained to listen and is outside your family and friends. It gives you the space and place to explore your thoughts, feelings and concerns and work on things that are important to you in a private and confidential setting, enabling choice or change.
Counselling can help you make sense of what is happening in your life and can support you through difficult and traumatic times and give you the resources to live a happy and fulfilling life.
I have over 20 years experience working with children, adults and couples in both private and voluntary practice. I also have extensive experience in working with ASD.
