Effective supervision is incredibly important for all practitioners, to assist us in working safely and competently, whilst promoting reflective practice and self-care. Supervision is also a space that is useful for continued professional and personal development.

I received my Certificate in Supervision from the University of Central Lancashire in 2023. I use Page and Wosket’s cyclical model. This allows explorative space for the supervisee and offers a containing, collaborative framework, whatever your modality.

My practice is Person-Centred, and my experience is of working in an organisational setting, to a time-limited framework.

My fee for supervision sessions is £50 per hour. I offer sessions online or in person in my room in Lancaster.

Whatever your concerns might be, I offer you a safe space to express yourself, without fear of being judged. My practice reflects my belief that you are the expert in your own life. By talking together we can explore what is troubling you and find ways to address, come to terms with, or perhaps even resolve your difficulties. My sessions are non-directive which means you will be in control of what you bring to sessions and together we will explore your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for you.

I was a counsellor at Lancaster University for 20 years, working with students and staff of all ages and backgrounds. My time in this setting gave me a rich understanding of transitions; relationships; identity; bereavement and loss. My clients have struggled with depression; anxiety; disordered eating; self harm and suicidal thoughts.
