About me and my therapy practice
I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and am a Senior BACP Accredited Practitioner. I have a wide range of expertise from long-term psychotherapy to the use of short-term counselling interventions, including the use of CBT and EMDR. I have worked in various GP healthcare settings (IAPT, PCT’s, NHS) as well as working as an associate therapist at Worcester Therapy Group in Worcester and as a therapist for West Mercia Police working with officers suffering from PTSD. I am also an experienced group facilitator and trainer, and a registered Supervisor with BAPPS (British Association of Psychodynamic Psychoanalytic Supervisors). I am trained to level 4 in EMDR and a Postgraduate Deploma in EMDR from Worcester University and I am a member of EMDR UK and Ireland
