About me and my therapy practice
I offer a collaborative and reflective space tailored to support your professional growth and confidence. I aim to foster a safe and supportive relationship where we can explore challenges, celebrate successes, and deepen your practice. Whether you're a trainee, newly qualified, or an experienced practitioner, I provide low-cost supervision with flexibility for in-person or online sessions.
Practice description
My approach is integrative, drawing on a range of therapeutic modalities to suit your practice and professional development needs. I create a reflective space where we can explore client work, ethical dilemmas, and your growth as a practitioner. With a focus on inclusivity and cultural sensitivity. I work closely with BACP ethical framework.
My first session
During our first session I will introduce myself and ask you about your practice, your approach, and your case load. I will answer any questions you have and talk about your expectations from me. I will explain the supervision process, based on BACP ethical framework.

About me and my therapy practice
I'm an experienced counsellor working with adults, children over 12 years old, and couples.
I offer a safe, warm and non judgemental environment for clients, where they can feel safe to reflect, change and grow. My approach is Person Centred and Integrative - (Psychodynamics, Humanistic and Cognitive - Behavioural), which means that I combine different techniques depending on the needs of the client.
Practice description
If you feel unhappiness in your life, or you feel down/stressed, and you are ready to make a change in your life, counselling is for you; If you want to learn more about yourself, your behaviour, your patterns, and how to improve your life and your relationship with family, friends and work; If you want someone to listen and give you a safe, an emphatic and non-judgemental space to reflect, to communicate your feelings and thoughts, while you are supported and guided during the process - counselling is for you!
Sometimes it's hard to do the first move and start therapy, that's perfectly normal. Feel free to call or email me for first initial chat, free of charge and with no commitment.
My first session
During our first session I will explain the counselling process to you, and ask few initial questions to get to know youm and the reasons you are seeking to see a therapist. I'll answer any questions you have.
