About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced integrative counsellor/psychotherapist and energy psychotherapist with a special interest in the link between mind and body. I work with each individual client to establish a supportive supervisory relationship within which we can safely explore the issues that the counsellor/psychotherapist brings to the safety of the therapeutic space.

About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced integrative counsellor/psychotherapist and energy psychotherapist, with a special interest in the mind/body relationship, and how trauma and stress can affect us in so many ways.
I focus on establishing a therapeutic relationship with each individual client to help them explore the problems they might bring to the safe space I can provide. I like to work with the needs of the client foremost and to see which approach might help in the short/medium or long term.
