About me and my therapy practice
The well being of my client is paramount and I offer a warm and empathetic environment tailored to the specific needs of my client. My core is Person Centered counselling but I also offer an integrative, creative way of working if necessary. Counselling gives you space and time to be heard and understood in a non-judgmental and safe space.
I have been qualified for 16 years and have a wealth of experience. I have worked for a local authority providing counselling to 11 to 19 year old in schools and sixth form. I have gained an extensive training base around working with this specific age group.
I have a special interest in working with adolescents and adults on the Autistic Spectrum. I have both personal and professional experience and maintain current training and CPD (continuous professional development) to enhance my knowledge to offer you a flexible approach. My counselling space is sensory friendly.
I am a registered member of The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I abide by their ethical framework. I also have regular supervision.
