About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully Accredited and Registered therapist with over eighteen years experience. My work is informed by my clinical practice having previously worked within an NHS service and a national bereavement organisation. I now work solely in private practice.
I offer clinical supervision for trainee therapists and co professionals, to meet their clinical needs and training requirements in line with their registered organisations.
My therapeutic practice is integrative and opens up the possibility to draw on a range of therapeutic models. This enabling us to work together in a collaborative and dynamic way, leading to a rich and creative process.
I am committed to my ongoing personal development and continually update my knowledge and practice. This information is listed on my website.
In addition to being a Registered & Accredited member of the BACP, I am also a graduate member of the British Psychological Society. I am DBS checked.
I also work for Bupa/AXA PPP and Aviva insurance providers.

At my practice in South Woodford you will find a tranquil and comfortable space for you to embark on your therapeutic journey. My aim is to provide a professional, safe and supportive space for you as you, as we work together.
My practice is situation in the heart of South Woodford, at the Shrubberies in George Lane. This is within 5 minutes access of South Woodford tube station, and is also served by bus routes 179/W12/W13/W14 with the stop off just in front of the practice.
My first session
The initial session is for 50 minutes where you will have time to speak about your concerns, giving you the opportunity to see if you are comfortable with me as your therapist.
There will be a few initial questions and a GDPR form to complete to ensure confidentiality is covered. This is carried out in a respectful and considerate way to enable you to feel comfortable as therapy opens up collaboratively. I will listen to you with sensitivity and compassion.
