About me and my therapy practice
Thank you for visiting the supervision section of my profile. I am BACP(Senior Accredited) as well as NSC(Senior Accredited), I have an MA in Integrative Psychotherapy, BA(Hons) Counselling, PG-Dip Clinical Supervision and am EMDR(Accredited). I have over 20,000 clinical hours and over 4000 supervision hours.
Clinical Supervision
For therapists, clinical supervision should be a safe, vibrant and dynamic environment, a place of sharing, reflexivity and learning. I like conducting supervision where we explore different therapeutic approaches and gaining new psychological perspectives. I can work with your placement and training institution as well as give guidance in terms of your academic work. My clinical supervisees range from students to very senior therapists and supervisors. I work Integratively and have lots of experience working within schools, adult services and within private practice. Additionally, I support therapists going through the accreditation process. My supervisees tell me the sessions are fun, equipping and invigorating.
Supervision for Charities and other Frontline workers
For frontline workers, supervision can indeed be a place where they learn new techniques or more effective ways of working with their service users, but it’s also a place where I seek to help them to unburden themselves from the difficult and draining stories that they often hear and experience. Its a place of learning and reflection. It’s also important to offer frontline workers a space to talk about and explore the struggles in their personal and work life that has impacted them. Having this confidential space can increase overall resilience and mental health. It’s considered good practice for any front-line agency or school dealing with complex issues within their service users, to have monthly supervision for their staff to avoid burnout.

About me and my therapy practice
Hello and Welcome,
Life can indeed be complex and difficult at times. Many of us are now struggling with our mental health in ways that are no longer manageable. We face uncertainty, aspects of life can feel overwhelming and some of our past and present hurts, our unprocessed feelings have risen to the surface. We find ourselves thinking, feeling and acting in ways that do not reflect who we want to be. Some of us have Grief, Trauma or Addiction that we just can’t seem to work through. For others, we can find ourselves repeating the same unhelpful patterns both in our relationship with others and with ourselves. As a result of all this, we now question the meaning of the lives that we live. If you’re reading this then perhaps it’s time to work through these things and gain some healing in your life.
There's no shame in needing help beyond our immediate circle of friends, someone who is not only a good listener, but a highly qualified, skilled and experienced practitioner. As a Senior Accredited Psychotherapist with a Masters degree and being EMDR Accredited; I’ve seen thousands of people come through my door and undergo transformation, healing and leave with hope for their future.
I offer a space that is non-threatening and non-judgmental where a new expression of who you truly are can begin to immerge, it is a space to re-imagine your life and future; a way to examine and work through issues you may have so that genuine healing and change can occur.
I am deeply committed to your healing, well-being and the development of you as a whole person: body, mind and spirit. I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist, which broadly means that I’m trained in lots of different approaches and modalities (see below). I can offer walk and talk therapy as well as offer a combination of art, music, drama and meditation techniques. I offer counselling for adults & adolescents, furthermore, I can also offer therapy from a Christian perspective.
