It is important to find a therapist who you feel comfortable with. In my experience, the best way to establish whether we would be a good fit is through an initial session. There is no obligation to proceed.
If you have specific questions or just want to hear the sound of my voice I am happy to arrange a brief telephone call of up to 20 minutes.
Highly flexible therapy for the modern lifestyle - a hybrid mix of both online and in-person sessions.
About me and my therapy practice
The need to talk to someone about the difficulties that we are experiencing in life is a natural and fundamental part of being human. I offer a safe and welcoming space for you to explore whatever is troubling you. My collaborative, client-led approach helps untangle confusion and uncover the meaning behind emotions that may feel distressing or overwhelming. I have witnessed firsthand the positive impact this process can have on someone's life.
I am qualified in Integrative Psychosynthesis Psychotherapist, which means my training encompasses theory and practice from various therapeutic schools. My work is rooted in a relational, psychosynthesis approach, allowing us to explore how relational patterns from your past can influence your present.
If you're uncertain about whether therapy or working with me is right for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. I'm happy to discuss any accommodations you may need before you decide to proceed. I am a fully qualified member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
I work well with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, or feelings of overwhelm. I connect with those who are unfurling, introverts, academics, and those longing for more presence, compassion, and embodied acceptance. I support people hoping to deepen their self-knowledge, deep thinkers, new therapists, and those grieving—especially those dealing with complex and hidden losses. I support individuals coping with divorce, navigating life transitions, seeking support with psychedelic integration. Those yearning for belonging, and those swimming in existential waters, looking to find a sense of home within themselves.
For further information, please visit my website. I also offer a free phone conversation to assist you in your decision-making process.
