About me and my therapy practice
I provide psychotherapy and counselling, working in Brighton or over the telephone. I have trained with the Psychosynthesis Trust in London, and offer a relational, person-centred therapeutic relationship. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, and will be guided by the client and my own availability when scheduling our sessions.
I combine my counselling work with working as an organisational and leadership consultant. Ultimately, I work in the same spirit in both my careers: by offering a strong and empathic presence to people who would like to create a sense of joy, meaning and purpose in their lives. What I aim to provide is a space of deep listening and attention to an individual human being, combined with a focus on achieving practical steps by which a client can take full responsibility for creating the best life for themselves.
My clients have described me as intelligent, curious, warm, focused and irreverent. I take my practice seriously, and I also believe that life is best experienced with a sense of joy, adventure and openness. My intention is to help my clients recover the same sense of joy and deep meaning and purpose in their own lives.
