Sometimes people approach me with a specific issue they would like to work through and other times with a desire to explore on-going difficulties in their lives. In all cases, I work collaboratively with my clients to fully understand their individual issues in order to bring about positive change in their lives.
My approach is integrative, meaning that I draw on different theories and approaches depending on your individual issues. Counselling takes place in a comfortable, quiet and confidential environment in Guildford, Surrey.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer one-to-one and group supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors. I combine elements of Inskipp & Proctor's Functional Model and Shohet & Hawkins Seven Eyed Model as appropriate, tailoring my approach according to the needs of my supervisees. I work collaboratively with supervisees, offering a safe, non judgemental space for reflection and professional development. My aim is to encourage supervisees to bring all aspects of themselves and their practice to the space so that, together, we can explore their work for the ultimate benefit of their clients.
