About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I am Clinton. I am a qualified psychotherapeutic counsellor, trained to integrate counselling and psychotherapy techniques in my work. I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and have over ten years of experience supporting individuals and intimate partners/couples. I am also an advanced trainee psychotherapist in the final stage of training.
Living with difficult thoughts, feelings, and experiences can drain our energy and affect the quality of our lives. We all need support from time to time, and talking with a therapist in a confidential and supportive setting can help us understand ourselves better and consider what we would like to change in our lives.
Sometimes, asking for support can be difficult; I therefore invite you to get in touch, and we can have an informal chat to explore together whether I am the right therapist for you.
I work with individuals, people in relationships (couple counselling/relationship counselling). My accepting and thoughtful approach has been particularly supportive to clients looking for support with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, internalised critical messages, feeling stuck, shame and relationship problems for individuals and couples / intimate partners.

If we agree to work together, my fee is on a sliding scale which we can discuss and agree based on circumstances.
