About me and my therapy practice
I am an MBACP registered Person-Centred Counsellor/Psychotherapist; helping people of all ages and backgrounds overcome a range of issues, in a safe, warm, confidential space. If you are currently experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, loss, etc. or simply have a deep-down feeling that something isn't quite right, I can help you. During our weekly/fortnightly sessions, we will work together to explore your feelings and emotions, allowing you to start seeing things differently and make positive changes in your own life.
My desire to help others drew me towards Psychotherapy, and after training extensively and working at a number of voluntary Counselling practices; I now have my own private practice in London where I work full-time.
Since starting out as a Counsellor, I have witnessed the positive change in people, which has confirmed the importance of this profession and increased my passion for supporting mental health.
My practice is conveniently located by Kings Cross St Pancras station. Which can be reached by National Rail as well as the Circle, Piccadilly, Hammersmith & City, Northern, Metropolitan and Victoria underground lines.
My fee is £70 per session. With concessions available for afternoon appointments.
I also see clients via video calls (Skype/Zoom) and I have more flexibility with appointment times because I'm working from home.
