About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative therapist and a qualified professional supervisor. I am able to offer different types of therapy depending on the needs of each client. At the core of my practice is Person-Centred Therapy, which places the individual and their experiences at the centre of the therapeutic relationship. I have over 15 years experience working with young people, individuals, parents and families in a variety of different settings. This has also included working with individuals who are seeking to explore their spirituality.
Effective therapy is about working with the client to find resolution and strategies that will not only help in the short term, but will provide the client with resources they can use throughout their life.
I am passionate about offering a professional and affordable service, whether that is through counselling or supervision, because I believe that therapy is able to help individuals maintain good mental health, build up emotional resilience and improve life satisfaction.
I offer a non judgemental, confidential, professional service and am also able to work with clients online, via the telephone and in their own homes.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified supervisor and have many years experience working with individuals, providing supervision and reflective practice.
The aim of supervision is to provide a safe, supportive space in which individuals engage in critical and personal reflection in order to raise issues, explore problems, and discover new ways of working in order to become better therapists.
My passion within supervision is to create a learning environment where we can learn from each other, feel comfortable enough to explore mistakes, challenge any blind spots and reflect on ways to improve professional practice.
Being a therapist means that we are more susceptible to burn out because we are giving out emotionally to every client, which means good supervision and finding the right supervisor is vital in maintaining a high level of professionalism, which ensures that you are able to continue being a therapist that provides quality therapy for a long time.
