About me and my therapy practice

I offer counselling to adolescents (aged 11+), adults and couples. As a humanistic therapist, I'm dedicated to helping you navigate the complexities of life, from the challenges of adolescence to the stresses of adulthood and relationships.

Guided by BACP guidelines, I prioritize the safety, well-being, and comfort of all my clients. I aim to provide an environment where individuals of all ages can feel genuinely heard and understood.

My background is rooted in a decade of experience in the independent school sector, complemented by my time in the business world. This blend equips me with a unique perspective, understanding the emotional landscapes of both students and professionals. Whether you're a young person grappling with school/university pressures, an adult managing work/life stress, or a couple struggling in relationship.

I am AXA Health and Aviva approved.

Practice description

I offer a warm and inviting space where our initial focus will be on building a strong rapport and connection. Once trust is established and you feel supported, we can explore your goals in more depth, discussing pathways to achieve them or understanding potential obstacles.

Each individual is shaped by past experiences, and often, patterns of behaviour are developed to ensure our safety. In therapy, you may wish to delve into these long-held beliefs, understanding their origins and assessing their relevance today.

I understand from personal experience that self-discovery can be daunting. Yet, in a safe space, vulnerability can pave the way for profound insights, deepened connections, and healing. My goal is to empower you, helping you recognize your self-worth, make decisions with confidence, and cultivate kindness towards yourself and others.

My first session
