Hi! I'm Cat, a dedicated Therapeutic Counsellor committed to fostering healing through a person-centred approach. My practice is anchored in creating a safe and empathetic space for individuals on their journey towards mental well-being.

Whether you're new to counselling or returning after a hiatus, let me offer insights into my practice. As a person-centred counsellor, our journey will align with your unique needs. I utilise a diverse array of therapeutic techniques and evidence-based modalities to address your emotional, cognitive, and behavioural requirements, ensuring a thorough exploration of your well-being.
Establishing a robust therapeutic alliance is crucial to our work together. I am wholeheartedly committed to providing steadfast support, encouragement, and guidance throughout our counselling journey. This commitment is geared towards fostering resilience and equipping you with tools for sustained well-being.
I provide in-person counselling as well as sessions via video and telephone. We can use a blend of all three if that is what suits you best.
My first session
When you first reach out we will arrange a consultation session where we can meet each other and explore whether we are a good fit to work together. There's no commitment and no need to go any further than this first chat if you decide things aren't right for you.
