I understand that life can be busy, so I offer flexible session times to fit your schedule. I’m an early riser and available from the early morning through to the early evening. If you’re considering therapy, feel free to reach out—we can find a time that works for both of us.

About me and my therapy practice

Life is a journey, and while there are moments of joy, there are also times of struggle. Change is inevitable, and we all experience challenges along the way—there are no exceptions. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain right now, you don’t have to face it alone. I’m here to help you navigate this stage of your journey with support, understanding, and guidance.

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, and I believe it's essential to find the right therapist for you. That’s why I encourage an initial conversation—no pressure, just a chance to explore if we’re a good fit. If I’m not the right therapist for you, that’s completely okay! But if we do connect, we can begin working together to help you move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Practice description

The foundation of successful therapy is trust. I believe that building a strong, open, and honest therapeutic relationship is key to creating meaningful change. You deserve a space where you feel safe, heard, and supported—without judgment.

I practice Integrative Counselling, meaning I tailor my approach to your unique needs, drawing from different therapeutic methods, including:

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – helping to change unhelpful thought patterns

Person-Centred Therapy – ensuring therapy is led by you and your experiences

Psychodynamic Therapy – exploring past experiences and their impact on the present

Having worked in various roles and environments across the world, I bring both professional expertise and lived experience to my practice. I’m easy-going, open-minded, and not easily shocked —you can bring anything to our sessions, and it will be met with acceptance and understanding.

I offer support for:

✔️ Adults navigating life’s challenges

✔️ Families seeking guidance

✔️ Employees and organisations (EAP)

✔️ Older adults adjusting to new phases of life

✔️ Trainees looking for professional support

Therapy Options

I offer a range of ways to access therapy, including:

💻 Online therapy

📞 Telephone sessions

📧 Email therapy

My first session

What to expect:

Starting therapy can feel daunting, so I offer a free 20-minute phone consultation to help you decide if it’s right for you. This is an opportunity to ask any questions and discuss what you’re looking for, with no obligation to continue.

If we move forward, our first session will be about getting to know each other and beginning to build a foundation of trust. From there, we’ll work together to explore your thoughts, feelings, and challenges in a way that feels comfortable and productive for you.

You don’t have to go through this alone.

If you’re ready to take the next step, or just want to explore your options, reach out by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email. Let’s see how we can work together to help you move forward.
