About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified person-centred counsellor based in Doncaster, and I work in an integrative way which enables me to personalise the sessions to suit you.
I currently work with clients aged 15 onwards.
I offer a warm safe supportive space where you will feel listened to and together, we can explore whatever is troubling you with no judgement or criticism.
As your counsellor I will walk beside you while you share your worries, and I will support you to grow from your struggles enabling you to become more aware of your inner strengths.
These are your sessions which will give you the space, time and support to share whatever is worrying you and can help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself.
Counselling can help you to find your own way forward to where you want to be within your own life.
I currently work an EAP helpline where I provide counselling and emotional support to clients in the moment which requires me to think on my feet. I have my own private practise, and I have provided counselling & wellbeing support for a reputable cancer charity.
I hold a Diploma in Therapeutic counselling and a BA (Hons) in Counselling solutions.
