About me and my therapy practice

Hi, I'm Kerry. Thanks for visiting my profile.

**Free Initial In-Person Session** It's important you feel we're a good match and meeting in person is a great way for you get a feel of who I am and how we can work together based on your needs.

How I Work

  • Individuals
  • Couples Counselling

Therapy should fit in with your life. I'm here to help support you and that means working together on the best approach for your well-being and mental health. It can be difficult opening up, but it can also be the first step to the life you want.

I believe therapy should be as individual as you. As an Integrative therapist, I include exploration around attachment styles, values, core beliefs, current behaviours and your relationships.

Whether we are looking at your past, present or working towards a goal in the future, we can do so together in a way that is safe, practical and above all, at the pace that is comfortable for you.

I work with many issues, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • OCD / Trauma Based OCD
  • Bereavement
  • Relationship Issues
  • ADHD / AuDHD
  • Suicidal thoughts
  • Low Self-Esteem
  • Addiction
  • Family Issues
  • Burnout
  • Work-related Stress / Anxiety

Outdoor Therapy / Walk and Talk
