About me and my therapy practice
Perhaps you are going through a tough time and would like to speak with someone in confidence. Maybe life is not fully great right now and you'd like support. Perhaps you just want someone to listen to what is going on for you, to explore and help make sense of things. I would like to help.
I am a person-centred counsellor/psychotherapist and supervisor based in the Tooting area in Southwest London, United Kingdom (Tooting SW17). I work in person in my counselling room, online/by phone, and also outdoors in nature. I offer a safe, accepting, understanding, and non-judgemental space to help explore what is going on for you at your own pace. Such a space can be just what is needed sometimes. I offer an opportunity to speak initially to introduce myself and to answer any questions you may have.
My approach to counselling is the person-centred approach which belongs to the humanistic school of therapy and was founded by Carl Rogers, an American psychologist, in the 1950s. Having a genuine, understanding, empathic, and supportive person to speak with about issues that are troubling you can lead to improvements in self-growth, understanding, acceptance and overall greater awareness and flow within yourself. I view you as the expert and will work alongside you to facilitate your explorative journey in a respectful, loving, and non-directive manner. I believe in and I have experience of this way of working providing opportunity and space for real inner change and for the emergence of a more self-loving, self-confident, self-trusting, and self-aware way of being.
As an accredited member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I abide by their Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions.
My session rates are:
£60 (individuals) per session
£70 (couples) per session
If you find you cannot afford the above rates please let me know as I have a limited number of reduced-rate sessions.

About me and my therapy practice
I offer person-centred supervision in addition to my counselling and psychotherapy practice. Working in a person-centred manner, you as a person and as a therapist are at the core of the work. An environment which facilities open and non-judgmental exploration of client work and the experiences of the therapist/person I believe is instrumental to supporting how we work as counsellors and psychotherapists. In addition to my private supervision practice I work at the University of East London, School of Psychology, as a person-centred supervisor of postgraduate diploma counselling and psychotherapy students.
If you are looking for person-centred supervision please get in touch and we can explore working together. I work both in person and online.
