About me and my therapy practice
Life can bring challenges—whether they involve questions of meaning, identity, or managing the unique experiences that come with neurodivergence. With over ten years of experience and having completed a five year training program resulting in a diploma in integrative transpersonal psychotherapy and counselling, I offer a collaborative and thoughtful approach to help you explore these areas. I am a qualified member of the BACP with UKCP registration.
I have specific experience working with individuals navigating ADHD and neurodivergence, helping clients better understand themselves, develop strategies to manage challenges, and build on their strengths. My integrative method draws on various psychotherapy techniques, allowing us to tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.
Together, we can explore your inner world, uncover resources for healing, and work toward personal growth in a safe, respectful, and judgment-free space. Whether you’re facing transitions, emotional struggles, or simply seeking greater clarity and balance, I’m here to support you at your own pace.
Paramount to the healing process is a strong therapeutic relationship, which I focus on throughout our work together. I look forward to meeting you and helping you find your way forward on your journey of self-discovery and transformation.
My first session
While a therapeutic relationship takes time to develop, the first session can give you a sense of our working alliance. The first session gives you an opportunity to talk about your aims for therapy and for me to ask some details about your personal history in order to build a foundation for the sessions to follow.
