I work to build therapeutic relationships with Clients and Supervisee's based on the Person Centered core conditions of Empathy, Unconditional Positive Regard (respect) and Congruence (genuineness) 

I work with low level mental health difficulties that are not entrenched, self-harm and suicidation, stress and anxiety and have a lot of success with helping clients move towards their potential and become more comfortable within themselves.

I am a Client-Centred Therapist with over 20 years experience working with Young People and their families. I am skilled at working with clients to improve mental health. I have extensive knowledge of safeguarding and child protection and will always work to empower my client through any disclosure or official process.

I aim to help you explore your situation, your values and beliefs, your relationships and begin to think about what changes you want to make. I want to create a safe and trusting space with you and help explore your inner self, your fears, hopes and dreams. Together we can find out what you want for your future.

I have 20 years experience and am BACP accredited. I also have a clinical supervision diploma and am an experienced supervisor.

The first session will involve contracting details such as price, confidentiality, explanation of process and a brief risk assessment as well as beginning to connect.

I am a Client Centered Therapist (MBACP Accred) with 20 years experience in statutory services, CAMHS and Local Authority. I have an integrative diploma in clinical supervision and am an experienced supervisor. 

Anything which helps the Supervisee, helps the client. I want to help you explore your work and the impact and effect it is having on you. I want us to create a safe and trusting relationship where you feel able to bring your vulnerabilities and genuine feelings relating to your work as a therapist. To help you be the therapist you want to be.

My Supervision experience is mostly with trainee Counsellors and I particularly enjoy helping new Counsellors navigate they way forward.

I offer a safe space to explore anything that impacts your case work. I have a good understanding of other modalities and have been in Psychodynamic and Integrative supervision myself. My core focus remains Client Centered.
