With over two decades of experience, I specialize in supporting adults dealing with historic childhood trauma and domestic abuse. I've helped individuals facing addiction, anxiety, depression, low self-worth, cultural and sexual identity issues.

Practice description
I believe in putting you, the client, at the centre of our work together. My approach is primarily person-centred, helping you unlock your own potential for growth and healing. I also draw upon Gestalt techniques to increase self-awareness and CBT strategies to address thought patterns. This blend allows me to tailor our sessions to your unique needs and goals. Together, we'll create a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, emotions, and aspirations at your own pace.

I understand that the first session can be daunting and you may feel apprehensive about the process. Please be assured, you will receive a warm welcome.
This is an opportunity for us to discuss where you are in your life and how I can help. Importantly, this provides an opportunity to determine if we are a good therapeutic fit and a chance for you to ask any questions.
