About me and my therapy practice
I am Psychological Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 13 years of experience in counselling across a variety of settings. My clinical experience has been mainly in supporting people with trauma in their healing journey. I have also worked extensively with clients to navigate anxiety, depression and self esteem issues.
In private practice, I work with clients to navigate:
- emotional distress (e.g. depression, anxiety)
- emotional dysregulation (e.g self-harm)
- trauma recovery
- relationship issues
- personal growth (e.g. self esteem, identity)
- life transitions (e.g. career change)
- spiritual direction
Practice description
My integrative counselling approach seeks to offer a safe, empathic and collaborative environment in which to reflect, explore, and navigate the struggles, concerns and challenges of life. Therapy is tailored to each client’s individual needs and style, to support people to experience breakthroughs in areas of emotional/ mental stuck points, to arrive at greater self-understanding, in order to move towards achieving future hopes and goals.
I have experience and training in working with individuals on the autistic spectrum.

About me and my therapy practice
A Psychological Therapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 13 years of experience in counselling across a variety of settings. My clinical experience includes work with ex-offenders, asylum seekers and refugees, survivors of sexual and gender-based violence, as well as the general population. The focus of my professional knowledge and experience is trauma recovery.
Over the years, my professional roles have included leading and developing teams in non-profit organisations to provide therapeutic services to survivors of sexual violence, exploitation, forced migration and sex trafficking. Amongst other duties, I have been responsible for training, clinical supervision and delivery of psychological therapies.
I offer supervision as a space to facilitate therapists to reflect on the personal impacts of working with their clients, navigate stuck points, as well as offering guidance and support, where appropriate, to uphold professional safety and ethical standards in practice.
