About me and my therapy practice
Passionate about helping people transform, heal and achieve mental, emotional and spiritual freedom and fulfilment, I am a dedicated coach and therapist who has refined a therapeutic practice that has at its heart a phenomenological, embodied, person-oriented and relational psychotherapy model, which seeks to nurture a profound sense of embodied self-awareness, foster mental and emotional centredness and liberation, empower authentic choice and decision making, and promote a life led with inner consent.
My sessions are a fine-tuned integration of psychology, neuroscience, philosophy and experiential realities, encompassing existential analysis and logotherapy, neurobiology, embodied trauma therapy, cognitive and behavioural therapy, constellation and systems therapy, somatic therapy, breathwork and altered states of consciousness, internal family systems therapy (IFS), non-violent communication (NVC) and spiritual tenets of non-dual teachings from Tibetan Buddhism and Classical Kashmir Shaivism.
The therapeutic journey is one of phenomenological exploration. It involves delving into feelings and experiencing bodily sensations, perceptions, values, and meaning. It includes biographical work and compassionate inquiry designed to help you transcend perceptual distortions, fixations, dysregulation, and trauma. This path ultimately guides you toward your authentic values and life purposes.
Going beyond mere verbal processes, the integration of somatic therapy and elements of both modern and ancient philosophies deepens the therapeutic experience. This approach recognises and leverages the interconnectedness of mind, heart, body, and the world. It emphasises the cultivation of embodied inner awareness, mindfulness and balance, offering a holistic path to healing and self-discovery.
Practice description
Discovery: Our journey begins with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call, offering us the opportunity to experience each other’s presence, learn about your challenges, and to explore the potential of our collaboration in service to your healing.
Content: In our work together, I will guide you through an in-depth exploration of existential themes that are central to understanding your experience. We’ll start by examining the concepts of safety and belonging, exploring how they shape your perception of yourself and your place in the world. By reflecting on these elements, we can better understand how they influence your sense of security and connection in various aspects of life. We’ll also delve into your core values and how they impact your relationships, self-worth, and overall enjoyment of life. This will involve a close look at how these values manifest in your interactions with others and your sense of fulfilment.
As we progress, we’ll focus on the pursuit of authenticity and the search for purpose and meaning in your daily existence. We’ll explore how these existential questions affect your choices and aspirations, helping you align more closely with your true self. Our discussions will consider how your embodied experiences (that is, your physical sensations and emotional responses) reflect deeper aspects of your existential journey. By integrating a philosophical perspective on these themes with an understanding of relational dynamics, I aim to support you in navigating the complexities of modern life with greater clarity and intention.
Together, we’ll also address how you can cultivate a sense of purpose and meaning in your life, ensuring that your actions and decisions resonate with your core beliefs and values. This integrative approach is designed to help you find a balance between personal fulfilment and relational harmony, guiding you towards a more profound and authentic engagement with your life’s journey.
My first session
In our first session, we'll begin by establishing a safe and empathetic space where you can feel comfortable sharing your story. This initial meeting serves as an introduction to our work together, allowing us to explore the themes that are central to your experience, such as safety, belonging, authenticity, freedom, self-value, and purpose. I will listen attentively to understand the challenges you're facing and the values that shape your perspective on life. We’ll discuss the existential questions that might be at the core of your struggles, considering how they manifest in your relationships, sense of self-worth, and day-to-day choices. Our conversation will gently guide you through an exploration of how your embodied experiences (your physical sensations, emotions, and responses) might reflect deeper currents of your life’s journey. This first session is both a starting point and a collaborative inquiry, where we lay the foundation for a therapeutic relationship built on trust, understanding, and a shared commitment to your healing and growth. Here, we set the stage for an integrative approach that aligns with your personal values and life goals, aiming to bring more clarity, authenticity, functionality, and purpose to your path forward.

About me and my therapy practice
Relationships, Family, Sexuality
Identity, relationships, intimacy, and meaning sit at the core of our human experience. Whether you're looking for someone to build a fulfilling partnership with, are navigating a challenging phase in your relationship, feel curious about your gender or sexual identity, are exploring open or polyamorous dynamics, or are seeking a deeper spiritual connection, therapy can offer a grounding space to pause, reflect, realign, and heal.
Rooted in existential analysis and logotherapy, my work supports individuals, couples, and other relationship constellations in discovering what truly matters to them. Together, we explore not just how to feel better, but how to live more meaningfully: how to love, relate, and express yourself in alignment with your values, desires, and inner truth.
Drawing from a wide range of psychology sciences, neurobiology, embodied trauma therapy, somatic approaches, and altered states of consciousness, I work holistically attuning to the emotional, relational, physical, and cognitive/noetic/spiritual dimensions of your experience. My approach is also informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Non-Violent Communication (NVC), and wisdom traditions such as Tibetan Buddhism, Kashmir Shaivism and Shamanic Traditions.
I offer support with a wide range of themes including marital and couples counselling, family dynamics, LGBTQ+ and gender identity, sexuality, sacred intimacy, and spiritual dimensions. These areas are often entangled with deeper existential questions: Who am I, really? What do I want from love, from life? Where do I belong? Why do I want a relationship?
Therapy doesn’t offer quick fixes, but it can be a profound process of coming home to yourself. It can help you build relationships grounded in authenticity, navigate life’s complexities with more ease, expand your horizon of possibilities, and connect to a deeper sense of purpose.
You don’t have to have it all figured out. You only need the willingness to begin.

How We Begin
Our journey starts with a free 20-minute discovery call, a quiet space where we can meet, sense into each other’s presence, and explore what brings you here. It’s an opportunity to reflect on your challenges, ask questions, and see whether the path we might walk together feels right for you.
The Work We Do
In our sessions, whether you come alone or with your partner(s), we explore the deeper terrain of your life and relationships, not just to understand what is happening, but to ask why, and what it all means to you.
We begin by grounding in the essential human needs of safety, connection, and belonging - how these have formed in your early life and how they now show up in your relationships, your sexuality, and your sense of identity. Whether you're exploring possibilities to deepen your already wonderful relationship, address challenges like marital tensions, infidelity, sexual disconnect, or want to learn to better navigate polyamory, open relating, fetishes and kinks, dominance/submission power dynamics, and gender identity/LGBTQ+ themes, we look beneath the surface to the values, longings, fantasises, beliefs, and unmet needs that shape your inner and relational world.
As the work deepens, we engage with authenticity, meaning, and intimacy. We explore questions like: How can I be fully myself in relationship? What kind of love or connection am I really seeking? What parts of me are asking to be seen, heard, and integrated?
This process is reflective, embodied, and relational. We attend not only to thoughts and stories, but to your nervous system, your emotional rhythms, and your body's wisdom. Drawing from existential inquiry, somatic practices, and relational awareness, we begin to untangle the patterns that keep you distant from yourself and others.
Ultimately, this work invites you into a more meaningful, connected, and fulfilling way of living and loving, with yourself, your partner(s), and the world around you.
My first session
The first session is a gentle beginning, a chance for us to meet, get to know each other, and begin to understand what brings you to therapy.
Whether you come as an individual, a couple, or in another relationship constellation, this initial conversation is guided by curiosity, openness, and deep consideration. You don’t need to prepare anything specific, and there’s no pressure to dive into the deepest parts of your story right away. We go at your pace.
For individuals, we’ll explore what’s happening in your life right now, what feels stuck, painful, confusing, or unresolved. I may ask about your relationships, your emotional world, your background, and what you hope to shift or explore. We might begin to uncover patterns, needs, and unspoken longings that shape your experience.
For couples and other relationship constellations, the first session is a space for the partners to be heard without judgment. We’ll look at what’s working, what’s not, and what each of you longs for in the relationship. I hold space for the dynamics between you, helping all voices to feel included. We may begin to identify cycles of conflict or disconnection, and explore how communication, intimacy, and trust can be rebuilt.
Throughout, my role is not to analyse or “fix” you, but to accompany you in discovering your own clarity, strength, and truth. The session may include gentle somatic awareness, reflective questions, or moments of silence to feel more deeply into what’s present.
By the end of our first meeting, we’ll have a sense of whether we’re a good fit to work together. If we choose to continue, we’ll begin shaping a direction for the journey ahead, always grounded in what feels most meaningful and supportive for you.
