About me and my therapy practice
I believe that we all have the capacity to be fulfilled, content and to achieve our full potential.
However, sometimes past experiences, events, our beliefs about our self or others or the decisions we make can result in a disconnection from our own resources and lead to our dissatisfaction and unhappiness.
My aim is to support you in making the changes that will enable you to live the life you want.
The service I offer is tailored to meet your unique circumstances, style and pace.
Whilst we may not be able to change the past, we can change the impact it has on us now.

About me and my therapy practice
My aim is to provide clinical supervision that supports, energises and stimulates your continued growth and development, for the benefit of your clients and yourself.
I work with trainee and qualified counsellors & therapists, also others from a range of backgrounds, modalities and disciplines.
My approach is influenced by humanistic, integrative therapies as well as an interest in existentialism.
I’ve over 25 years experience of providing clinical supervision and hold a British Psychological Society Approved Certificate in Clinical Supervision.
I combine Proctor’s 3 Function Model and Page & Wosket's Cyclical Model of supervision, which I find useful frameworks to guide our work together.
Both my Clinical and Supervisory practice is informed by the BACP’s Ethical Framework & Professional Guidelines.
Our work together will be a respectful, supportive, collaborative style that both enables and gently challenges us, with the aim of facilitating continued professional growth and development.
The ways in which I deliver supervision include:
1-2-1
I work with individuals in Manchester, Stockport and Online.
Teams & Organisations
I provide supervision to teams at their place of work and have experience of the NHS, social services, charity and voluntary organisations.
