Practice description
Deciding to ask for help is often a the hardest step, and finding the therapist that best suits you and your needs can be daunting. to make this process that little bit earlier I offer a 15 minutes phone conversation, free of charge, to discuss your needs and answer any questions you might have. At the end or after that, we can decide whether working together fits and feels right.
Our first session will give us the opportunity to get to know each other and to look at what your needs, concerns, and what you may expect from the therapy.
My first session
Once we agree to proceed with therapy, we'll schedule weekly sessions lasting 50 minutes at a time that suits us both. You'll have the freedom to bring whatever you deem important/necessary to our sessions. There's no "right" or "wrong" way to approach it; what truly matters are your thoughts and feelings. Together, we'll explore whatever is troubling you, gradually gaining a deeper understanding of yourself.
