About me and my therapy practice

I have been working as an Integrative Therapist for over 23 years now and find this way of working both helpful and informative for my clients. I work with both Individuals and couples offering either/or short-term and long-term therapy which ever the client feels bests suits their particular needs.

I love exercise and have found this very helpful in alleviating every day stresses . I chose both high impact activities together with yoga and pilates to balance, together, with meditation to relax. I enjoy the theatre, and cinema together with outdoor activites like walking and gardening. I also love to travel to experience first hand how other cultures live.

I have just completed additional Neurodiversity training and am now an ADHD specialism clinician and have found this work rewarding.

My first session

Sessions are 50 minutes in length which includes an assessment plus homework tasks if agreed
