I am an experienced Individual, Couples & Family Counsellor & Supervisor based in Banbridge, Northern Ireland.

I offer in person, online and telephone appointments. 

I specialise in working with relationship issues, such as relational conflict, loss of connection, sexual & intimacy issues, parenting, relationship breakdown, narcissistic tendencies in relationships, infidelity, separation & divorce. 

I am also a trauma therapist, supporting those who live with dysfunctional family relationships, childhood emotional neglect, physical and/or sexual abuse, bullying, favouritism or attachment issues. I work with those affected by traumatic incidents, loss & bereavement, PTSD & cPTSD, by supporting growth & healing. 

I am a fully accredited therapist with considerable experience working with a leading relationship counselling provider, crisis intervention service and a trauma centre.

I work in a Person-centered, Attachment focused way & am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic & Systemic approaches.

I work in a person-centered way, using an integration of modalities suitable to individual needs, including EFT, CBT, psychodynamic and systemic approaches.  

I am currently available to offer supervision to students and  qualified practitioners. I am an integrative supervisor who specialises in working with couples/ relationship counselling and trauma.
