I am a Psychoanalytic and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist in South East London, SE12. I offer therapy and counselling in person and remotely.  

My approach as a therapist is to listen carefully and foster a trusting relationship in which we can make sense of the issues that bring a person to therapy.

I work with people who want to improve their understanding of themselves, their difficulties and their relationships. I also see people who face specific challenges (e.g., loss, relationship breakup) and who are experiencing emotional issues (e.g., anxiety, depression, persistent overwhelm or low self-esteem).

Qualifications/Professional Training:

• Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (WPF Therapy, BPC-accredited)
• MA in Psychodynamic Practice and Theory (WPF Therapy/Roehampton University)
• PG Diploma in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy (BACP, BPC & UKCP and Roehampton University-accredited professional training, WPF Therapy)
• Certificate in Counselling Skills (WPF Therapy)
• BSc (Hons) Psychology (Goldsmiths)

I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC).

I offer a 50-minute initial consultation in person or online to see if working together could be helpful for you. This is an opportunity for us to talk about why you are considering therapy and what you hope to gain if we agree to work together. The cost of this appointment is £65.
