About me and my therapy practice
Struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, or relationship difficulties? You may feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward.
Hi, I'm David, I provide a confidential, supportive space where you can explore your emotions, gain clarity, and build confidence to make positive changes in your life.
We all face moments when life feels overwhelming, whether due to a difficult relationship, loss, or a growing sense that something isn’t quite right. Perhaps you're feeling anxious, struggling with self-doubt, or experiencing conflict in your relationships. Maybe things have been building for a while, and now you’re at a point where you need support to work through it all. Therapy offers a calm, reflective space where we can explore these challenges together.
As an integrative counsellor, I specialise in helping individuals navigate relationship struggles, emotional difficulties, and periods of uncertainty. Using Transactional Analysis, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centred approaches, I tailor sessions to your unique needs, helping you recognise patterns, challenge unhelpful beliefs, and move towards a place of greater self-awareness and emotional wellbeing.
My goal is to support you in making meaningful changes, whether that’s improving communication, building confidence, or finding clarity in difficult situations.
Practice description
I provide a safe, non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace. My approach is collaborative, helping you gain a deeper understanding of your experiences and uncover ways to create meaningful change.
By offering an empathetic and calm presence, I help you recognise patterns, challenge negative beliefs, and develop practical strategies to manage your emotions, improve your relationships, and build confidence.
Everything we discuss is confidential, allowing you to speak openly without fear of judgement. My role is not to tell you what to do but to support and empower you in making the changes that feel right for you.
To ensure I provide the best possible support, I regularly attend workshops, seminars, and training as part of my ongoing CPD, keeping my skills and knowledge up to date with the latest developments in therapy.
If you are ready to take the first step towards greater self-awareness, confidence, and fulfilling relationships, get in touch to book a consultation. I look forward to working with you.
"Having counselling with David was a great source of support and guidance for me. He is very compassionate, understanding, and respectful, he was someone who I felt always listened to me and gave me space to express myself without judgment." - S.S
