I am a BACP-registered counsellor with a degree in Psychology. Before becoming a counsellor, I worked with the charitable organisation Victim Support and have seven years of experience supporting survivors of domestic violence and sexual abuse.
My priority is to provide a safe and confidential environment where we can work together to explore and reflect on your concerns. Confidentiality is always at the heart of our sessions.
Currently, I work as a staff counsellor at a counselling centre in North London and also run my own private practice. I offer both short-term therapy (6 to 12 weeks) and long-term therapy (open-ended), tailored to your individual needs. Sessions are available face-to-face or remotely—whichever you prefer.
