I also see clients online and in London Bridge, near Borough and London Bridge stations.

About me and my therapy practice
My approach is integrative, meaning I draw on numerous ‘schools’ of therapy and psychological theory, but currently I am most drawn to Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS). How I work will be slightly different with every person.
Alongside talking therapy, and depending upon the client, we may utilise creative modalities, including mindfulness, breathwork, visualisation, imagery, archetypes, dream exploration, journaling and art materials. By bypassing the ‘rational’ mind, these creative practices can often unlock and powerfully shift things in ways that talk therapy alone cannot.
As an integrative therapist, I have experience working with a wide variety of emotional issues but most of my client work is around low self-esteem and lack of confidence; anxiety, stress, and burnout; and major life changes (e.g., career change, pregnancy, divorce, midlife, bereavement).
I welcome you fully and look forward to walking alongside you on your therapeutic journey.

Practice description
I am American by birth and a Londoner for more than two decades. I value an open, direct approach underpinned by genuine warmth and care. Our sessions are a non-judgemental place for you to bring all aspects of yourself – even those you may have previously kept hidden, whether consciously or unconsciously. I am LGBTQ+ friendly.
I work in person in London Bridge and Oxford Circus in calm, welcoming rooms, with sessions taking place at the same time each week. I also offer online sessions.
