I am also an experienced clinical supervisor of other practitioners, since training to be a supervisor 2013-2014.

My first session

Your first session can be of any duration within reason, usually from 50 minutes upwards and often 90 minutes, 100, 110, 2 hours or even breakthrough sessions which are much longer, with comfort and refreshment and meal breaks.

All sessions are now online or by phone.

In couple and family work I would usually always also see each member of the couple or family on their own, as part of the work, so that everyone feels free to share all they need to, so adding value to the depth of the process.
