About me and my therapy practice

Many people face difficulties in their everyday lives that can be hard to get on top of. If you are experiencing difficulties in relationships; suffering from anxiety or panic attacks or struggling with mood swings or low mood – I can help with strategies to help you gain a better understanding of what’s causing these problems – and how you can move towards managing or resolving them.

If you don’t get it off your chest, you won’t be able to breathe.

I also have vast experience in working with loss, including relationship breakdowns or divorce and bereavement.

I am an integrative counsellor which means I draw from several different models in which we will look at your past, what is worrying you in your present and where you would like to be in the future.

I offer you a safe and confidential space where you can speak freely without being judged. I will sit with you whilst you talk through what’s worrying you and together we can look at solutions or changes you may wish to make. Through talking therapy, you will discover so much about yourself which may lead you to make positive changes in your life.

Other things I can you with:

Stress and Anxiety; Panic attacks; Abuse; Depression; Confidence and Self-Esteem; Anger Management; Problems with Family, Parenting, Peri Menopause and Menopause, Retirement, Empty Nest Syndrome, helping you to make sense of the next and new phase in your life.

I offer a free 10 minute telephone consultation to see if you feel I am the right therapist for you.
