It's the end of most children's second week of school around the country.
Many will be settling in well and enjoying being back with their friends. Some children however, may be experiencing anxiety and are worrying about a difficult year ahead.
As a parent, it can be hard to know how to help them with this.
Our member Pete English has created this short video to help parents understand the causes of back to school anxiety, how they can support their children, and how counselling can help.
He highlights the importance of open communication, how stress can be used positively to help confront new challenges, and how a qualified counsellor can help children find techniques to manage their anxiety and identify underlying issues.
