Talking about their worries, recognising and exploring emotions, and understanding difference – these are just a few of the ways counselling can help young people.
Our member Tracey Peters talks about this in a video recorded for Children’s Mental Health Week.
The week runs from 7 to 13 February 2022 and this year's theme is Growing Together.
Tracey works as a counsellor in Dorset in support living homes for teenagers and young adults, and has also worked in both primary and secondary schools.
