BACP and the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) have a reciprocal agreement to recognise each other’s counsellor and psychotherapist accreditation schemes. Successful applicants will receive all the benefits normally associated with both organisations’ accredited member status.
The BACP accredited membership category is aligned with column B of the Scope of Practice and Education (SCoPEd) framework.
You must work within the Code of Ethics and Practice or Ethical Framework that applies in the country in which you work. You will also be subject to the appropriate Professional Conduct Procedures.
