We are looking for clinicians based in the UK who have been working therapeutically with young people aged 11 – 18 years old (for at least 5 years post-training), to participate in a qualitative interview.

The purpose of the study is to co-develop with young advisors a new measure that will enable young people to share their preferences for therapy with their therapist.

As part of this study, we would like to interview therapists working with young people to inform the development of the measure. In particular, we would like to understand how therapists vary their practice to suit young people’s preferences.

The interview should take around 45 minutes and will be conducted online using a video platform on a time and date convenient for you.

During the video-call, before the interview starts, you will also be asked to complete a short online survey which should take 5-10 minutes to complete. This is to provide some information on your demographics (e.g. age, gender, ethnicity), any therapy training programmes you have completed, and some details about your practice such as how long you have been practicing for.

If you would like to find out more, please contact rachel.rodrigues@roehampton.ac.uk for more information or to schedule the interview.

Thank you for your time.
