Food for Mood; A Counsellor's Perspective. How nutritional interventions can complement traditional counselling approaches for clients presenting with depression and low mood

As part of my BSc (Hons) Counselling I am doing a research project.  

The aim of the research is to explore counsellors' views and opinions on inclusion of nutritional discussions to complement traditional counselling approaches for client's presenting with depression and low mood.

As research suggests that a healthy diet can support treatment for depression and low mood.

Participants: I am looking for qualified or trainee counsellors in practice. Work with or have worked with clients presenting with depression and low mood. Access to internet. Willing to complete a online semi structured questionnaire consisting of 8 questions to take an estimated time of 30 minutes.
