Promoting and increasing awareness in mental health support for children and young people across NI
Jay Buntin and Theo Burton explain the work of Pure Mental NI, founded in August 2019 by Jay Buntin and Matthew Taylor. Pure Mental aims to improve mental health awareness and education in schools across Northern Ireland and has a strong focus on youth involvement. A core part of Pure Mental’s mission is to empower both pupils and staff to take charge of their mental health and influence policy changes at a national level.
