Professional Development Day: Coaching the baby boomer generation - London, 13 March

Coaching the baby boomer generation - Delivered by Keren Smedley

Introduction

This workshop will explore the issues facing the 21 million plus baby boomer generation and how to work most effectively with them. Participants will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of the issues that face this age group in personal life and work, explore whether age no longer really defines what we can or can't do and how our age impacts on our choices. In this context we will look at how coaching can help individuals move into the next period of their lives positively and well equipped. Participants will also have the opportunity to consider their own thoughts and feelings about their ageing and how this impacts on their practice.
